These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clean Paste AI website (https://cleanpasteai.com). By using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Clean Paste AI provides browser-based text sanitation tools and optional cloud-assisted Pro rewriting services designed to clean clipboard artifacts, strip markdown tags, and restructure AI text.
2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clean Paste AI for unlawful activities, to transmit harmful code, or to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Honest AI Scope & No Evasion Guarantees
Our tools clean clipboard residue and restyle drafts for clarity. We do NOT guarantee that rewritten text will bypass automated AI detectors (such as Turnitin, GPTZero, or Pangram), nor do we promise full removal of statistical sampling watermarks without manual review.
4. Credits, Subscriptions and Cancellation
Pro features require paid credits or recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe. There is no automated in-app self-serve cancellation button; to cancel renewals or request billing assistance, email support@cleanpasteai.com.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Clean Paste AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Paste AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
